Corn flakes -pakkauksen pahvista tein kattopaanut (kuvassa vasemmalla) ja ruutukankaasta markiisin.
Kangas on kaksinkertainen ja välissä hyvin ohut kerros vedellä laimennettua puuliimaa. Yritin tehdä markiisin ensin kontaktimuovista, mutta se ei toiminut lainkaan.
I decided that the blind would be nice on the roof, so large part of the board was sawed away.
Corn flakes package cartoon was the material for the roof shinges (on the left hand side of the photo) and check patterned fabric for the blind.
The fabric is two folded and between the fold is thin layer of diluted wood glue.
I tried to make the blind from the sticky-backed plastic, but it didn't work at all.
